Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 93% lean, 1 LB
    Onions,1/2c chopped
    Carrots, 1/2c chopped or grated
    Celery, 1/2c diced
    Bell Pepper, 1/2c chopped
    Salt and Pepper

    Sauce:
    Worstershire Sauce, 1/2c
    Diet Cola, 1c
    Tomato Paste, 1/4c

Directions

Over medium heat, brown ground turkey, salt, pepper and all the vegetables in skillet with a lid. Cook without the lid until most of the liquid has cooked away, the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender, then ADD the sauce ingredients. Cook until sauce thickens. ENJOY!
