Ingredients

    2 summer squash
    1 large zucchini
    1 TBSP EVOO
    2 TBSP Garlic
    4 cups low sodium bouillion
    1 TBSP italian seasoning
    1 can Del Monte Stewed Tomatos
    12 turkey meatballs (i used fit and active)
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese



Directions

Saute garlic and veggies. Add canned tomatoes, water and spices, boil then simmer. Add parm cheese at the end.
