Introduction

A quick and easy meal that my kids love. I usually have the ingrediants on hand. A quick and easy meal that my kids love. I usually have the ingrediants on hand.

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
    4 cups of cooked brown rice
    2 cans of black beans, drained
    1 package taco seasoning
    24 ounces tomato ed)sauce
    2 cups Mexican blend cheese (grat

Directions

* Mix ground beef, tomato sauce and taco seasoning until blended well. Can add sauteed onions if preferred
* In a 9x13 pan, layer rice, then beef mixture, then black beans and cover with cheese
* Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted
