Ingredients

    non stick cooking spray
    Flounder (fish), 4 fillets ( 4 to 6 oz each)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    cayenne Pepper, , 1 tsp
    *zuccini, 2 medium, sliced
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Spray foil sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Place one fillet on sheet, sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper. Top with vegetables. Bake 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
