    2 c. All-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. Baking soda
    1 Tbsp. Baking powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    6 Tbsp. Butter
    1 c. Buttermilk


Combine dry ingredients in bowl of food processor. Add butter in small pats and process until the butter is fully incorporated. Transfer to bowl and add buttermilk. Mix as little as possible just to combine ingredients.

Turn out on floured board and work flat with hands. Fold dough about 5 times and work it to approximately 1/2" in thickness using only your hands.

Cut as desired and rework dough scraps to make more. The goal is to work the dough as little as possible.

Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes.
