Introduction

Put honey, oil and 1/2 t cinnamon with a pinch of salt in a nonstick frying pan. Add oatmeal, sunflower seed or other chopped nuts and dried fruit if you wish.     2T honey
    2t olive oil
    1/2 t cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 c old fashioned oat meal
    2T sunflower seeds or nuts
    2T dried fruit (optional)

Directions

Put honey, oil and sinnamon in a nonstick frying pan, add oatmeal, sunflower seeds and fruit (if you wish)
Cook lightly until browned a little or to taste. Good with yogurt. 2T per serving, makes 1 1/2 cups w/o fruit.
