Put honey, oil and 1/2 t cinnamon with a pinch of salt in a nonstick frying pan. Add oatmeal, sunflower seed or other chopped nuts and dried fruit if you wish. 1 c old fashioned oat meal
2T sunflower seeds or nuts
2T dried fruit (optional)
