Introduction

I drink this post-workout as a meal replacement (lunch). You can make substitutions for fewer calories, but I like to make it as written. It's simple, very filling and VERY delicious! Ingredients

    1 cup 2% milk
    2 medium bananas
    2 Tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
    2 Tbsp peanut butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    A few ice cubes

Directions

Peel and slice the bananas. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for about 60 seconds. That's it!

You can also freeze the bananas for a few hours before you make this. I just throw them in the freezer (without the peel) before I leave the house and they're ready by the time I get back from my workout.

Enjoy! :-)
