Introduction

Cabbage Roll Soup
1 pound 96% lean hamburger or ground bison or buffalo
6 cups beef stock
Fresh ground pepper
Minced garlic
Italian seasoning (thyme, basil, parsley, sage)
4 large tomatoes, diced or 4 cans organic, no-sugar added, diced tomatoes
3 cups shredded green cabbage

Brown the meat, rinse in a colander. Add to a cooking pot on medium.
Add tomatoes. Add cabbage. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer
until cabbage is tender crisp. Add pepper, salt, Italian spices to
taste.Serves 4

    Very Good
    This is a good/simple recipe. I added the seasonings in the beginning and added chopped onion, celery and carrot. Nicely hearty! - 2/28/17
