Ingredients

    1 cup Cabbage, shredded
    ½ small Carrot, diced
    ½ small Onions, chopped
    ⅛ cup Green Peppers, chopped
    ¼ cup frozen Peas
    1 oz Chicken Broth
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    dash Salt

Directions

Shred the cabbage, dice the carrots, chop the onions and green peppers. Place them along with the peas, garlic, salt and broth into a small saucepan, and steam on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how tender you like your vegetables.
