Ingredients

    * Thai Kitchen lite coconut milk, 14 oz (remove)
    * Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Thai Kitchen less sodium Premium Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove)
    * Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned

Directions

heat milk and paste til smooth, add fish sauce, sugar, water and peas. simmer 10 min. add shrimp until pink. serve over rice
