    *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo (remove)
    Milk, 3.25%, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)


Put butter in pan large enough to hold the chops. Put in 350 degree oven until butter has melted.

combine beaten egg with milk. Combine crackers with parmesean cheese. Dip chops first in milk mixture then into cracker mixture. Then place in pan. Any leftover milk or egg mixture pour over chops.

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, then turn chops and cook another 30 minutes. Dinner is served.
