Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
    1 tablespoon Hazelnut flavoring, adjust to taste (or flavoring of your choice)
    1 teaspoon cracked black pepper, adjust to taste
    4 tablespoons water
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt

    You can add sugar/splenda if desired, but this will change the nutritional values listed.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing carafe or 16 oz bottle with a lid, shake until blended, and serve on your favorite salad.

I used to buy Lucini's Roasted Hazelnut & Olive Oil dressing at $6.00 a bottle, it was worth it, but this is just as good and MUCH cheaper.

Serving Size: Makes 32 1 Tablespoon servings although I generally use 2 tablespoons on my large salads.

    Very Good
    I'm getting tired of my plain old oil and vinegar dressings- this is something I am looking forward to. Made it today...letting it sit overnight for dinner tomorrow! I'll report back! - 7/9/13
