Ingredients
-
1 c Bisquick
1/2 c + 1/4c Sugar
1/2 stick + 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c milk
5 Peaches
Directions
I wanted to use up some peaches that were starting to get too ripe, so I took 5 of them, peeled and chunked, and searched for my old cobbler recipe.
In the serving pan, (This is a 7" x 10" pan I used - so it makes 8 small servings.)
So, right in the pan, stir up 1 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1/2 stick of softened butter.
Mix the fruit (any fruit, and the recipe doesn't say how much fruit, but I remember making this with a can of cherry pie filling, and only adding in the butter.)
in a bowl with 1/2 cup of sugar (I used 1/4 cup) and the other half of the stick of butter.
Dump the fruit mixture on top of the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Mighty tasty.
