Ingredients

3.5 c Bread Flour plus extra
2 tsp Salt
2 1/4 tsp quick rise Yeast
4 Tbs Sweet Butter
3 Tbs Honey
1 c Buttermilk
1/3 c Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, salt, and yeast
Melt Butter in large glass measuring cup. Then add Honey,buttermilk, and water and warm all together to 100 - 105 degrees. If you have a mixer with a dough hook, rinse mixer bowl with warm tap water first, then add warm buttermilk liquid to bowl and place in dry ingredients. Place bowl on mixer and attach dough hook, turning on to mixing speed for bread. After 5 minutes, check to see if the dough is cleaning the flour off the sides of the bowl ( the only sticky place in the dough should.be at the very bottom of the bowl) adjust flour accordingly a little at a time if needed to obtain desired affect. Knead dough 12 minutes longer. After taking out of mixer bowl, form dough into round ball by stretching and tucking dough under neath itself pressing together to seal dough together underneath. Place in oiled bowl. cover with Plastic rap and allow to rise for 1.5 hrs. Take out of bowl and punch the dough down. Allow it to rest for ten minutes. Knead for 2 -3 minutes and form into elongated ball once more and place in to a sprayed and floured bread pan. Cover again with plastic rap, and allow it to proof one more hour . Place bread along with a second pan filled half full of boiling water into oven and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. After pulling bread out of the oven, take the bread out of pan, and allow it to cool on a cooling rack for two hours before slicing.
