Introduction

Simmered chicken and sour cream sauce. Simmered chicken and sour cream sauce.

Ingredients

    1 LB Chicken Breast (cut to bite sized pieces)
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups fresh mushrooms
    1 can del monte diced tomatoes (Drained)
    1/2 c raw onioin
    2 tbs beef or chicken bullion granuals
    2 tbs flour
    2 tbs butter
    1/2 cup water

Directions

mix sour cream and flour then add bullion, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp black pepper-put aside.
In skillet melt butter and then cook chicken, onion, mushrooms and garlic until done. Add the sour cream mixture and drained diced tomatoes then cook until bubbley and thickened.
Serve over noodlles or rice.
