Ingredients

8 oz beef top round steak, thinly sliced
1 15oz can pineapple chunck, juice reserved
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup bell pepper chunks
1 small onion, sliced thinly
Directions
1. For sauce, pour 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice int a small bowl. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir fry bell pepper and onion until crisp tender. Remove from wok and set aside.
3. Stir fry beef until cooked through. Add sauce to beef. Stir untuil bubbly. Add vegetables and pineapple chunks. Stir to coat and heat through.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
