Introduction

These are delicious and fun to make (great for kids! ) These are delicious and fun to make (great for kids! )

Ingredients

    12 thawed out frozen dinner rolls (you can get these in the freezer section of most grocery stores)
    1 1/2 cups of Pizza Sauce ( 1/4 cup per 2 mini pizzas)


    1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella (1/4 cup per two mini pizzas)

    1 package Canadian Style Bacon

    1 package Turkey Pepperoni

    1/2 cup pineapple tidbits

    1/2 mushrooms

    Other vegetables as you desire....

Directions

One hour prior to preparing, take dinner rolls out of the freezer and place on baking sheet lightly sprayed with nonfat, no calorie cooking spray to thaw out completely.

Preheat oven to 400

Once thawed, Use your hands to stretch out the dough into little circles about three inches wide. (Kids LOVE doing this)

Next put on the pizza sauce on the pizza's and then add the cheese on top of the sauce.

Next add the meats to each little pizza, I use about 4 pepperoni or ham for each little pizza.

Add Vegetables of your choice on top! (In this recipe we made ham and pineapple pizzas and then mushroom and pepperoni.)


Place all pizzas on one or two cookie sheets and baked for approx. 10 minutes.

Enjoy!!

Each Serving is 2 mini pizza's.

We accompany these with salad :)
