Ingredients

    2 chicken breast in chunks
    onion in chunks
    1 tbsn low fat fromage frais
    2 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 tsn grated ginger
    1 tsn ground tumeric
    1/2 tsn grounf corriander
    pepper
    woschester sauce

    2 wholemeal pitta

    salad

    spicy fromage frais dressing
    2 tbsn low fat fromage frais
    few drops of hot pepper sauce
    lemon juice
    salt

    small portion of rice

Directions

mix all kebab marinade with chicken chunks and leave for a cuple of hours ten tread onto squers with chunks of onion

grill
cook rice
make salad
mix ingredients for dressing and dress before serving
warm trhough pitta
stuff pitta with chicken and salad and serve with rice
