Ingredients

3 Chicken Breast
1 cup of Chicken broth
1 small onion
1 Tbsp of olive oil
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp of Cumin
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of green chilies
1 12oz container of green chili sour cream dip
8-10 corn tortillas
1 cup of grated Mexican blend cheese.
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Boil chicken breast until tender and can be pulled apart. When chicken is cool enough to touch pull apart into pieces. Set aside on cup of chicken broth
In olive oil saute onions, and in shredded chicken breast, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper Add cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add in green chilies. let simmer for approximately 5 more minutes. Turn off heat and add in sour cream dip.
in a 13x9 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, layer tortillas with 8-10 tortillas and top with grated cheese.
Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
