Introduction
Tastes like olive garden, but not low ANYTHING. Be prepared to make this your only meal of the day. The basics come from Robbie's Recipes (they have some WONDERFUL recipes over there), but believe it or not, I made some substitutions to reduce calories (reducing amount of butter, substituting half of the whipping cream with half and half), and the seafood is my addition. Ingredients

2 tbs Butter, unsalted
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Half and Half Cream
3 cloves Garlic, minced
dash of Cayenne Pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .66 cup (remove)
4 cups Egg Noodles, prepared according to package directions
Shrimp, 8 oz
Scallops, raw, 8 oz
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Melt butter, add garlic and saute 2 - 3 minutes. Add whipping cream and half and half. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes stirring constantly.
In a frying pan, cook shrimp and scallops. Be careful not to overcook.
Add seafood to sauce, stir. Add cheese, stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Remove immediately from heat, and pour over pasta.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
