Introduction

Natural, high-protein drink with a few grams of fiber snuck in via the banana! No added sugars, real or fake. Could be comfort food, or it could be a great post-run recovery drink in the winter time... Ingredients

    (1) Banana, fresh, large-sized (8" to 8-7/8" long, or about 120 - 135g)
    * (15g) Whey Protein Isolate Powder (about 3 tbsp.)
    * (1/8 tsp.) Vanilla Extract
    * (300g) Milk, 1%

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (or a big / tall glass if you have an immersion blender!), and blend thoroughly.
2. Pour into a big glass, warm in the microwave for 60 - 90 seconds, blend again to re-froth (easier with the immersion blender!), and enjoy! [Half a serving would be great at night to settle down, relax, and get some rest.] :)
