Ingredients

    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1.50 cup, diced
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, .5 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2 cup
    Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, .25 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded

Directions

Spray a 2 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chopped chicken, ham, cooked broccoli, uncooked minute rice and shredded cheese. In a saucepan, saute chopped onion in 1 T. olived oil. When onion is cooked, add one can of Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 can water. Brink to a boil. Remove from heat and add dry dill week and 1/4 t. dry mustard. Pour over chicken mixture and spoon into casserole.
To make topping: Melt 1 T. butter and combine with dried Panko breadcrumbs, dill weed and 1/ 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Spinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 8
