Ingredients

    1 tsp. butter
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    3 diced celery
    8 -12 diced baby carrots
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken, 98% fat free
    1/2 tsp pepper
    8 oz. egg noodles, wide

Directions

Saute' onion, garlic and celery in butter. Combine all remaining ingredients. SImmer, add noodles last before serving.
