Ingredients
-
1lb package or pasta like Farfalle or your favorite, use a low cal pasta if you have it
.5 cup of butter (use less if you like or use olive oil)
1 can of crab meat or use 8oz of fresh crab meat
1 15oz can of diced tomato
1.5 T of red pepper flakes
1T of chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste (be careful with the salt)
Directions
Cook pasta to package directions and drain
melt butter in a pot/pan.
Add red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper
Stir and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, but don't let the garlic go brown/black
Add the crab meat and just heat it through (don't cook the crab meat more than three minutes
Add the hot, drained pasta and the pot and mix carefully so you don't break up the crab.
Serve hot and add some of the water you boiled the pasta in if you need to 'loosen' it up a bit
You may serve with grated cheese, however in Italy you will never see then use cheese with seafood too often
