Ingredients

    1 pkg ChiChi's sweet corn cake mix
    .25 cups water
    2 Tbsp light butter (pkg says 4, but I use 2)
    1 can creamed corn

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put into mini cupcake pan slots. Cook at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24 mini cupcake servings
