Ingredients

4 oz French bread (Give or take), sliced
4 large eggs
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp splenda for baking sugar blend
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can sliced peaches in water,with splenda, drained and rinsed.
2 tsp. packed brown sugar splenda
1/2 cup heavy cream (*note-only counted 1/4 cup heavy cream in nutritional info, because it is reduced by half in prep.)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cloves
Directions
1. Spray 9x9 square dish with butter cooking spray. Arrange bread in a tight, flat layer in dish.
2. In bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cloves until well blended. Pour over bread. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
3. Remove baking dish from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350. Pour cream into small pan, and boil over high heat. Cook till cream is reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Drizzle over peaches and bake uncovered until casserole is lightly browned on top and just cooked through, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
