Introduction

This is my favorite dish to make.. Everyone loves it and you can make it with fewer calories than I did here. Just add nonfat milk instead of 2% and use a low calorie sauce. Ingredients

    2lbs ground beef
    2 large eggs
4 cups pizza blend cheese (or your favorite type)
1/2 cup 2% milk (may use 1% or nonfat for lower calories)
2 deep dish 9" pie shells
14 oz can of pizza blend sauce (or your favorite type of sauce)

Directions

Preheat oven @ 350 degrees
Brown meat in skillet untill brown, drain excess grease off and then return to pan. Add just enough pizza sauce to coat browned beef but not soak it. Once sauce is incorporated divide evenly between the two pies.
Then mix 4 cups of cheese with the two eggs. Then add 1/4-1/2 cup of milk to the cheese/egg mixture. You want the cheese to be wet but not soaked. Mix well and then spread cheese on top of pies. Put both pie shells in a baking pan and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. Untill cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool then serve.
