Number of Servings: 140

Ingredients

Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz (1 pack. of low fat cream cheese)
    Powdered Sugar, 3 cup, unsifted
    Baker’s Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares, 12 oz(1 & 1/2 boxes)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Leave cream cheese out to get to room temperature. Beat Cream cheese smooth with a mixer. Gradually add the sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla last. Refrigerate 1 hour to harden and shape into balls. For a quantity of 140 they should be the size of small marbles. Roll in topping. I use powdered sugar mostly but have also liked cocoa powder and chopped nuts. These are not reflected in the calorie information.

They are delicious and a great thing to share.

    Incredible!
Thanks for posting this recipe! I had lost my recipe and this one is very similar to what I had used. I'm glad that this one uses the Neufchatel cheese! - 11/30/10
