Ingredients

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa (Hershey)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 large egg
Confectioner's sugar
Directions
In a bowl of a food processor, combine flour, granulated suga,r cocoa, baking powder and salt together.
Process for about 1 minute
Cut butter into 4 pieces and add to processor. Combine until butter is in size of small peas.
Crack egg into liquid measuring cup and beat with fork. While processor is running, add beaten eggs and process until all ingredients form a ball.
Carefully remove dough from processor and refrigerate for about a 4 hours or until firm.
Preheat ove to 400F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll dough into size of a quarter and roll in confectioner's sugar. After rolling them in powdered sugar, it's best to roll them again in hands so the dough won't have too much sugar.
Place on parchment lined baking sheets arranging them 2 inches apart.
Baking for 8-10 minute or until cookies are just set.
Cool cookies before serving
Serves around 39 cookies.
