Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
*Heinz chilli sauce (1 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove)
Basil, 1.2 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tsp (remove)
*Bell Pepper (Red), 100 gram(s) (remove)
Shrimp, cooked, 500 grams (remove)
Tomato Sauce, 1.8 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Chicken Broth, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
In a large non stick skillet saute the prawns in butter and set aside. Add olive oil and saute the finely chopped celery,chopped onions and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the red & green peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, broth (you can also use Sherry),chilli sauce, sugar, basil, oregano & pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and heat through.
Can be served over steamed rice.
