Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Beans, pinto, 4 cup Cooked
    Onions, raw, 1 large diced small
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Hot chile peppers, 20 pepper
    Cumin powder, 3 tbsp

Directions

Place 2 cups of uncooked pinto beans (or other if you prefer) in a pressure with with 6 cups of water. Cook for 90 minutes at 15#'s pressure. When cooked, discard about half of the remaining water/juice. keep the other half of the juice to include in the chili along with the beans.

Take 20 large dried hot red chiles and soak them submerged in hot water for an hour. Remove from water and set water aside for later use. Cut the stem side off of chile and remove seeds (discard seeds). place chile peppers in a blender and add some of the water from reconstituting the Chiles. Blend very fine and gradually add water to desired consistancy for chili base.

Place chile sauce into sauce pan and mix in the uncooked ground turkey. Next add all other ingredients and heat for 30 minutes and serve. Great with corn bread.
