Cornbread Cornbread

Ingredients

    1.5 C self rising cornmeal
    1 tbsp Stevia
    .25 C Oil
    1 - 8oz carton FF sour cream
    2 Eggs (Egg Substitute)
    1 sm can cream style corn

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add mixture of wet ingredients. Bake in a glass pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: 9 - 2 inch pieces
