Introduction

Always on the search for more healthy options as well as time savers. Don't forget some cornbread.
We start ours right after lunch and then it's off to run errands and pick up children. It's wonderful to come home to dinner already done.

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground Turkey, Cooked
    1 can of Corn
    1 can of diced Tomatoes
    1 can of Rotel
    1 can of Kidney Beans (with juice)
    2 TBSP ground Garlic
    1/4 cup of chopped Celantro
    2 strips of Celery

Directions

Cook the Turkey until light golden brown then add to remaining ingredients in the crock pot.
