Ingredients
*Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Super Pasta, Penne Rigate, 1/2 box
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium sliced
Whole Wheat Flour - 2 T
Milk, 1%, 2 Cups
*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
*Tofurky Kielbasa, 1/2 14.4 OZ package 1/4" rounds
Apples, fresh, 1.5 large or one really big one) cut into 1/2 cubes
Salt, 1 dash
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, .25 cup
Directions
Saute onion, with olive oil until translucent.
Add apple and kielbasa
Take out apple and kielbasa and leave as many onions as possible.
Add flour, may need more oil or cooking spray,
Cook for one minute
slowly add milk while whisking.
Cook until boiling, then add 1 cup of cheese, reserving rest for top.
Mix all in pan, then transfer to baking dish. then sprinkle with cheese and parsley if desired.
Bake in 350 deg preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy with a side of broccoli or other vegetable.
