Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1lb ground beef or turkey (we do 1/2 & 1/2)
1 can black beans, rinsed
2 cans chili beans
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1.5 cups of H20
1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing mix (the spicy kind is also good)
Directions
Brown the meat with chopped onion in the bottom of a large soup pot.
Drain fat off meat.
Add the remaining ingredients, bring to boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Delicious as a meal on its own, or add some cheese or light ranch dressing, or some corn chips.
