Ingredients

    1 stick of Blue Bonnet Light
    1/2 c canola oil
    2 eggs
    2 bananas
    1c crushed nuts, either walnuts or pecans
    1/2 c Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 T vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c Stevia

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
