This recipe was great, even the kids liked it. I couldn't find fresh lemongrass in my grocery store, so I had used the already ground up stuff that comes in a tube. Instead of grilling, I put it in my wok and stir fried it with a little sesame oil. Tasted Great! - 1/2/10

This has become a family favorite. I don't slice the beef, but rather just marinate small sirloin steaks in the marinade and then grill them. - 6/27/09

This sounds really good. My mom makes something similar with soy sauce and lime. The flavors blended together with the beef are delicious! - 2/11/09

INCREDIBLE flavor!!! Served over bed of Jasmine rice at our house. Easy to make, & satisfying. If you can't find fresh lemon grass, look for it in the spice section -- it's still quite good, just slightly stronger. - 3/8/10
