Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My husband is allergic to shell fish, so I substituted red wine vinegar for the fish sauce. I also omitted the sugar and added sliced red and green bell pepper strips, then stir fried it in my wok. It was quite delicious--I shall definitely try it again since my husband seemed to REALLY like it!
So, I didn't have all the ingredients and had to modify. Instead of lemon grass I used fresh ginger. I used 1/4 cup of splenda instead of sugar. Instead of fish oil I used cooking wine. Instead of chili I used Sriracha sauce.

Grilled it and it came out great.
