My favorite dish at a local Mexican restaurant is their Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce. I had to try and find a way to lower the fat and sodium so I could enjoy these without the guilt! I tweaked that recipe a bit to lower the sodium and fat, and came up with a winner! My husband and teen daughter gobble these up!
This recipe isn't exactly low-cal but it's a delicious twist on Mac & Cheese and everyone could use a bit of comfort food once in a while.
This creamy cauliflower sauce is hearty, a touch spicy, healthy and delicious.

Tastes super yummy on pretty much everything. I made it for stuffed chicken breast because we wanted some kind of sauce, and it has been a hit since!
Vegan, gluten-free and healthy! This "cheesy sauce" makes wonderful "mac and cheese," dipping sauce, or whatever your heart desires.

A simple hearty meal great for those cold winter nights or simply when you just want something easy to whip up. I loved this as a kid when my mom made it. I just made some "healthier" substitutions, but it's still very hearty and it's definitely a recipe you can make your own, hope you enjoy!
A delicious twist on store bought pasta sauce.

I was looking for a different way to prepare spaghetti squash and someone gave me this recipe to try --- the information in ( ) is the actual information from the recipe I was given and the other measurements are how the ingredients were listed for adding here.
Try adding cooked chicken or broccoli florets and black pepper or chili flakes for extra flavour!
Super tasty with low calories!
Really cheesy sauce that is great on brocolli, cauliflower, macaroni... and no fat!
You can cut the fat and calories on this by using fat-free milk and reduced fat or fat-free cheese.
This is something quick I whipped together for lunch that appealed to me...it is vegetarian & has a decent nutritional balance. It is also quite flavorful & filling. It is made to serve 2 or 1/2 for lunch/dinner with the other 1/2 for you to take to work for lunch the next day.
A cheese sauce that can be changed by using different cheese. Use it for pasta, chips, anything...
Completely vegan, this sauce goes well over vegetables, rice and pasta.
Cheese sauce topped broccoli? Cheese sauce in lasagna? Non dairy? You got it!
You won't know it's so low in fat!
