Ingredients

    1.5 cup diced Potato, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
    .33 tbsp ground Tumeric (by LESLIEB33)
    3 clove Garlic
    2 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup) (by SPATULAMAMA)
    8 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula

Directions

Bring potatoes, carrots, onions, turmeric, and garlic in 2 cups of water to a boil in pot. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile soak cashews for at least 10 minutes and then drain cashews. Add all contents of the pot to a high speed blender with cashews and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth. Serve over potatoes, brown rice pasta, broccoli, or whatever your heart desires.
