Introduction

great warm weather meal! great warm weather meal!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 pieces of whole wheat bread toasted and made into crumbs
    1tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 lb of ground turkey
    2 tablespoons of garlic powder
    2 tablespoons of onion powder

    gravy:
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup of water
    3 tablespoons of sour cream

Directions

mix meat w/ all ingredients except gravy ingredients. brown both sides of meatballs then mix together gravy ingredients and pour over meat. Cook meat on stove top until cooked through. Cook noodles seperately and serve immediately. :)
