Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    1 envelope of dry yeast
    1 cup milk
1 stick butter (1/4 lb) softened
    1/2 tsp salt
    3TBL sugar
    3 egg yolks

    1/2 cup butter softened
    1 cup brown sugar packefd
    3 tbl molases
    cinnamon

use 2 13x9 pans or 8 and 9 inch round pans.

Directions

mix yeast, sugar and 1 cup of flour. Heat milk to 120 degrees. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup to flour, yeast sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Add butter, stir well. Add egg yolks; stir well. Add remaining flour, salt and milk. Mix well. Dough will be sticky. Place dough in fridge for at least 2 hours or over night.

Prepare pans by greasing them lightly: melt 1/4 cup butter; divide between 2 13 x 9 pans. Divide brown sugar to pans; add 1 1/2 tbls of molasses to each pan. stir to combine. Sprinkle pecans on top of mixture.

Roll out dough into 2 large rectangles. Spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon to your taste. ( you can add a bit of sugar if you would like a sweeter roll; I do not).

Place in draft free area; cover with kitchen towel and let raise until double; about an hour.

Place in preheated 350 oven; bake for 25 to 30 mins. Remove from oven, when lightly brown; cool 5 mins; invert on serving tray; let pan on buns for a few mins to make sure all the "sticky" has come down.
