Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Spelt Flour Whole Grain, 4 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp
    Blackstrap Molases (unsulphured0, 1 tbsp
    Dates, .5 cup, pitted, chopped
    Buttermilk, 2.5 cup
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in greased 5x9" bread pan and cover with pan of same size for nice crust. Bake at 350F for 60 to 70 minutes.
