Introduction

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 cup peeled and diced apples ( I prefer granny smith)
    1 cup chopped nuts ( I prefer walnuts)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pkg butterscotch morsels (11 oz.)

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Set aside. Combine dry ingredients then mix in. Fold in apples and nuts, then Vanillla extract.
Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle the top with 11 oz . Package of butterscotch morsels.
Bake @ 350 for approx. 55 min or until or until toothpick comes out clean.
