Ingredients

    3 cans tuna in water
    1 1/2 pickles, chopped
    3/4 fat free mayonnaise
    1 tbsp yellow mustard
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1) Open cans of tuna, drain very well.

2) Put tuna in mixing bowl, add pickle chunks, mayo, nustard and garlic powder. Mix well.

3) Chill overnight for best texture and taste.

We use Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat bread for our sandwiches. Serve with a small salad or a serving of baby carrots for a filling lunch of about 200 calories.
