Ingredients

    1/ 3/4 C. All Purpose Flour
    1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    1 apple chopped fine
    1/4 c. non fat vanilla yogurt
    1/4 c. canola oil
    Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg to taste

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients and apples. Mix yogurt, milk and oil together. Add to dry ingredients and gently stir to combine. Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 12
