Introduction

Preheat oven to 425*. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in shortening. Add milk. Mix and knead lightly.     1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 C shortening
    2/3 C skim milk
