Ingredients

    800g Butternut squash, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    6tsp chicken stock granules, dissolved in 1.5l water
    2 cloves garlic crushed

Directions

Put onion and garlic in large saucepan on a low heat and cook until translucent.
Add the butternut squash to the pan with the chicken stock and cook until squash is soft.
Transfer to a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately

Serving Size: Makes 12 cups of soup
