Ingredients

Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .125 cup (remove)
Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 small (remove)
Directions
1. Remove top of tomato and hollow-out by removing seeds and insides.
2. Cook onion over medium heat with garlic and butter for 5 minutes until softened.
3. Mix ricotta cheese, basil, egg, garlic/onion mixture.
4. Stuff tomatoes, dip in milk wash, and roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
5. Place in baking dish and bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes until browned and ready to EAT!
Serving Size: Serves 2 (One Tomato Each)
