Ingredients

    ngredients:
    96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef (Wal Mart), 5 oz
    Wal Mart Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz
    Wal Mart Tomatoe Paste, 6 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Fresh Chopped Zuchinni, 1 cup
    Baked Spaghetti Squash, 6 cup
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and scoop out and throw away the pulp from the middle to leave nice clean sides on the squash. Salt the insdie and lay face down on a rack in dish with 1" of water the bottom of the pan and bake at 325 for about an hour or until tender. While squash is baking sautee onions, garlic, and zuchinni in pot sprayed with nonstick spray. add extra lean ground beef and cook until meat is done. Add tomatoes, tomatoe paste, mushrooms and seasonings and simmer for an hour or so. When spaghetti squash is tender when poked with a fork remove and let cool for just a little bit. Flake with fork and serve on plate with sauce spooned over the top.
